I received an email about the updated webshop. What should I do?

Yes, that's correct!
On Monday, July 7th, 2025, we will go live with our renewed webshop.

You’ve received an email at the address linked to your shop account. In this email, we ask you to create a new password during your first visit, as your old password has been reset.
For privacy reasons, previous passwords were not stored.

You can reset your password by clicking the link in the email, or by navigating to:
Login > Forgot password.

The email address you received the message on is also your username.

Don’t have a shop account yet? You can request one by filling out the registration form.
Click here to change your password once before your first visit.

Where can I find product documents?

**Due to the new release there a still some bugs and fixes in the webshop. One of them occures while using the searchbar and you click in download document. This will give an error. Please go the product page and download the document there.

To find documents in the webshop, you must first log in. Then there are two ways to access documents:

1. On the product page you will find specifications and documents at the bottom of the page. Under the tab attachment you will find the available documents, you can download them by clicking on the red arrow.

2. Use the search bar to type in the product number and a list of hits will appear. By clicking on them you can download them immediately.

How can I register to become a customer?

Click on “Login” at the top right of the screen. 2 options will appear;
  • Login. I am already a customer 
  • Not a customer yet?
Enter your email address and click register.

Fill in the form and click on send. In the comments field you can place your question or comment. 

Are you an existing customer? Then log in with your email address and password. See ‘Login and my details’ if you are an existing customer and want to add or change your email address as a shop account.

How do I get acces to the webshop?

Are you already an existing customer? Then you can log in with a username and password. Don't have these? Then email verkoop@fagron.nl with a request for login information.

Not an existing customer yet? Then you can first register as a customer after which we create a webshop account.
This is intended for healthcare professionals only.

How do I change my email address?

The webshop account has an e-mail address associated with it, you can view this via ‘My account’.

If you want to change the e-mail address shown, this can only be done by informing us of this change via verkoop@fagron.nl.
We will then change your e-mail address in the system.

I can't login, what now?

To log in, you must be a registered customer. Registered customers are linked to a shop account.

With the data from the shop account; email address and password you can login to the shop.

If you do not have both, you can request a shop account via the register button.

If you cannot log in for any other reason and the answer is not in the frequently asked questions, please contact our sales department or mail to verkoop@fagron.nl

I forgot my password and/or login email address. What now?

If you have forgotten your password, click on the ‘Login’ button at the top right. Under the login fields click on ‘Forgot password’ to request a new password or click here

Creating a new password can only be done digitally through the website, not through our Customer Service.

To verify which email address you can login with, we need the account number on which orders can be placed.
Email addresses of shop accounts are linked to the account number.

At this email address you will receive an email with instructions to set a new password.

Where can I find my account details?

To view your information you must be logged in.

After logging in, you will find the Account screen at the top right.
Click on account > My account.

On the left of the screen you will find the navigation to your account, company information, order overview, back orders and order templates (saved order lists).

How can I change the details for my account? (Available only after logging in)

Changes to company details cannot be made through the webshop. Mail your change to verkoop@fagron.nl

Where can I find my order overview?

The overview shows the most recent orders with status In process or Completed. Via View details you can see the contents of the order and if necessary reorder it. For order templates (fixed order lists) see Ordering and delivery.

Using the search filter by date you can filter by orders, booked invoice detals and credit notas. Select a choice, enter the date from and to and click search.

You get an overview of the invoiced orders. Via view details open the invoice and you can download or re-order it.

How can I change my password? (Available only after logging in)

To change your password, you must first be logged in.

1. After logging in, click on “My information.”
2. Under Account Management click on “change login details”.
3. Create a new password and confirm it
4. Click save and you can log in with the new password.

Order & Delivery

How do I add items to my shoppingcart?

You can search for products through the ‘Assortment’ menu or through the search window. Then you can determine the quantity and choose ‘Add’. The article will be added to your shopping basket.

Via your fixed order list?
Go to your shopping basket and choose the option ‘Add fixed order list’.
Select the desired order list and click on the ‘Add’ button. The products from your list will automatically be added to your shopping cart.

Via ‘My account’ you can view your order history. Here you can find previously placed orders. At the bottom of the order you will find the red button ‘Reorder’. If you click this button, the items from that order will be placed in your shopping cart again.
You can make changes in your shopping basket by changing quantities or removing products.

I can't find an item

First check that you are logged in to the webshop. If you see ‘Account’ at the top right next to the shopping cart, then you are correctly logged in. If not, please log in first.

There are several reasons that you cannot find a product;
- wrong product number
- not available in the webshop
- you do not have the rights to order the product
- product is blocked
- product has a different article number or name (try using a different name in the search bar)

How do I create a fixed order list? (Available only after logging in)

To create a fixed order list you must first place your desired products in your shopping cart. When you click View Cart you will be taken to an overview of your desired products and see the options on the left side of the screen. Choose Save as template and give the order list a name.

The order list can now be found under My order templates. At the next order you can select the order list and add it to the shopping cart. After which you can complete the order.

How can I find a fixed order list?

For repetitive orders, we recommend creating fixed order lists. This can save a lot of time. For example, create an order list with the products if you order them from us regularly.

But how do you create such a fixed order list? Select the desired items and add them to your shopping cart. In your shopping cart you can click on ‘Save as fixed order list’. Give the order list a clear description and all items in your shopping cart will also be saved as a fixed order list.

I didn't receive an order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after placing your order. After logging in, you can view your open order in the webshop under “My account” - “My order history”. If your order is not listed here, it has probably not reached us. To be sure, please contact our Customer Service department.

Productinformation

How do I search and filter on products?

In the webshop you can use the search bar to find a product by:

- product name and abbreviations
- product number
- ZI number

When you get to the product list page through the categories you will find in the left column product properties on which you can filter, such as:

- color
- size
- volume
- brand

How come I can't see certain items?

Our products are divided into assortment groups of which the rights are assigned per customer.

If there are products missing in the assortment that you have previously been able to order please email verkoop@fagron.nl with the desired product number.
