Returning packages has a significant impact on the environment, including COâ‚‚ emissions from carriers and the additional packaging materials required. Fagron aims to minimize this ecological footprint together with you. Â
Reducing and preventing returns is inherently better for the environment. Additionally, the way the return process is structured makes a big difference.
The main conditions for returning an item are: Â
- There is an error in the delivery or processing by Fagron Â
- The item does not meet the required quality standards
- An agreement has been made due to a short shelf lifeÂ
- An agreement has been made regarding the order size
Return conditions
For all return requests, the following conditions apply: Â
- Prior approval from Fagron is required. Â
- Items must be registered for return within 4 days of receipt. Â
- Items must be returned according to the instructions, with a return form included in the shipment. Â
- Items must not be damaged. Â
- Items must be in their original packaging. Â
- The packaging seal must not be broken. Â
- There must be no stickers or sticker residue on the packaging.
Not returnable
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless an agreement has been made related to the order size:
For exceptions, you can contact Customer Service
- Items specially ordered for the customer
- Items that must be stored in a refrigerator or freezer
- Items that fall under the Opium Act
- Items from the Fagron Import or DMB assortment
- Registered medicines for which the FMD number has already been deactivated
- Ad-hoc items
- Items that are not returned in accordance with the return acceptance form
