Risk factors for withdrawal symptoms
Patients who stop an SSRI or SNRI abruptly or within days are at risk of experiencing withdrawal symptoms (20-78%).Therefore, discuss the risk factors with the patient beforehand and then decide together on the pace of tapering and the appropriate dosage steps.

- Work together to determine the pace and steps of phasing out process
